Description
Stora Enso Logistics is looking for a Customer Service Manager to the Sea Services Department for a permanent
employment.
As a Customer Service Manager in Sea Services you will perform the following tasks:
• Lead the Sea Services team in Gothenburg
• Overall responsible for the Outsourced Overseas Operations in Lubeck
• Overall responsible for Allocation management, based on the procured volumes
• Communicate, inform and assist the Mills and Customer Service
Centres regarding Overseas Transport
• Manage operational performance of suppliers
• Maintain system updates
• Coordinate Sales Plans with Mills and Customer Service Centres together with Stora Enso Logistics Area
managers
• Volume Forecasting and follow up of operations with Gothenburg terminals
• Human Resource for direct reports
Requirements
The profile of the position holder:
• Bachelor degree in logistics or equivalent
• Relevant experience in Logistics, in particular Overseas and Liner traffic
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent cooperation skills, including good ability to work in an international environment
• Willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility
• Ability to self motivation
• Enjoy working in a changing environment
• Strategic and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel
The position holder will report to Manager Overseas Services and Sea Operations and belong to a team of ten
employees.
