hela Sverige The Customer Service Leader will be owning customer, operational , financial and EHS performance for the assigned country /countries .Responsible for driving safe execution with operation excellence , high quality and financial performance.
The Responsibilities of this position will include:
Customer's single point of contact for assigned customers
Manage Field operations team to execute GE obligations at highest quality & lower cost
Be responsible for EHS culture and performance
Manage and optimize resources (personnel, tools, parts and technical support)
Responsible for budgeting, financial planning and results on the assigned region
Responsible for account receivables past due management
Assure timely resolution of all customer issues and drive customer satisfaction up
Coordinate and lead customer's regular reviews on service performance, open topics, Bonus/LDs and open disputes
Contract issue management and contractual disputes close out
Identify and channel to Sales team new opportunities and support sales and commercial team during ITO phase
Identify and drive contract risk mitigation actions upfront
Function as liaison and escalation point between customers and internal GE organizations
Drive implementation of new initiatives towards operational excellence
Provide regular internal customer reviews to highlight risk/opportunities
Lead best practice, lessons learned and Best in Class performance practice sharing.
Lead a team of professionals to, driving proper planning and project control, optimize and standardize execution across the region.
Qualifications/Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in technical field.
Strong experience in field service, engineering, or operations & PM
Knowledge of Scheduling Software (Primavera or MS Project) and Earned Value Management technique
Self-started able to drive sustainable results
Entrepreneurial/Change agent mindset
Ability to energize teams and view change as an opportunity
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process skills
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and verbal & written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse and highly matrixes environments
Willing to travel
