We are now looking to recruit a Customer Service/Intercompany Specialist within our Supply Chain department to be a part of our growing business. This is a crucial role for our business, and you will ensure that our products are delivered!
You will work with sales order management and related coordinating activities internally and externally concerning supply and distribution. You will have the opportunity to participate in projects related to the department.
Key Tasks
* Intercompany order management working with Galderma affiliates worldwide
* Distribution planning and execution
* Maintain and develop the work procedures linked to order management process
* Represent the function in various authority audits
Success Profile
* At least 5 years in a similar order management support function.
* Strong customer service background, preferably in Supply Chain
* Knowledge of import/export regulations and experience working with shipping and freight forwarding a plus
* Experience from working with Good Distribution Practice is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree within logistics is an advantage
* Basic financial knowledge is an advantage
* Professional level of Swedish and English in written and spoken required.
