About the job:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle varied customer transactions as inbound calls, customer order entry and servicing customer accounts and communicate with other departments to research and resolve issues. Furthermore, you will work with various order management tasks as initiating order changes, import/export and checking order statuses. Other tasks will include customer inquiries, adhere to standard work protocols as recording customer interaction and interacting with other teams using Salesforce, SAP and worklist management and work towards established KPI 's and targets in Customer Services.
We are looking for you who:
* Has good English in speech and writing
* Have at least 1 year experience from Customer Services
* Outlook and Excel
* Benefit
* Good system experience in SAP or Salesforce
* Fluency in Finnish (written & verbal), advantage to have any another Nordic language, Written & Verbal
As a person we think you are independent, have the ability to lay and lead your own work and like to provide good service.
