As a Service Desk agents you serves customers in the Nordic countries.
What you can expect of us:
As an SD agent you will typically perform following tasks:
• Providing first-level support to customers in IT related issues
• Hold a sense of ownership of problems and issues, and their solutions
• Registration of all requests, monitor open cases and ensure that the customer requests are handled correctly
What we will expect of you:
• Fluent in Danish or Norwegian languages, both verbal and written
• Solid knowledge of English
• Familiar with basic IT technologies
• Experience from technical support via telephone will be an advantage
• Service minded and strong customer focus
• Easily adopt to a rapidly changing environment
As an individual you are a strong team player and fully committed to deliver a professional service to our clients. You conscientious, reliable, posses sound work habits and good attention to detail.
You will receive a thorough induction training and will be offered on-going training via the EDS learning systems.
Working hours
• Shift duty, mon-fri 7:00 - 19:00
