You will provide personalized customer service of the highest level to our customers for all our brand shops in our Customer service team. We would like our customer service agent to be bilingual in at least two of languages and is a native speaker in either Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish. This is a full-time position only.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls to assist customers inquiries
• Research required information using available resources and systems
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls and emails to appropriate resource
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
Education and Experience
• Native speaker in at least of the two of the following languages; Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, as well as strong communication skills in English
• Proficient in relevant computer applications including Microsoft office
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Some experience in a call center environment and/or fashion retail
• Some customer service experience in the fashion industry
• Good keyboard skills
• Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
• General product knowledge of fashion
