About the job:

This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for at least 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Avida Finans. There is a great opportunity for an extension of the mission.

Avida Finans is a credit market company that offers financial solutions and services for individuals and companies in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Their business concept is based on offering financial services, through simple and modern solutions, to companies and consumers. The company's operations include debt collection cases, purchases and loan-to-value invoices.

Tasks and responsibilities:

In the role of customer service employee, you are responsible for the direct contact with the company's private customers. Your main tasks are to answer incoming calls by phone and email. You are also responsible for the incoming post and handle light administrative tasks.

Initially, you are offered an introduction and get to sit next to your current colleagues and listen to you to create an understanding of the company's working methods and systems. You are part of a smaller team and together you work to provide the best possible service in an efficient and professional way. In the role, you are also encouraged to contribute with your ideas and suggestions for improvements in working methods. The workplace is characterized by a good team spirit and by having fun at work. The office is located in brand new and fresh premises at Medborgarplatsen on Södermalm in Stockholm.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Completed upper secondary education
• You express yourself well in speech and writing, both in Finnish and English
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably with the phone as your main working tool
Meritorious:
• Background in banking and finance
• Swedish speaking

You are meticulous in your work and can create structure and order. To enjoy the role, you like to have many things going on and are good at prioritizing among the tasks. You have a great interest in service, always put the customer in focus and try to deliver solutions. As a person, you are also curious and contribute with ideas and new perspectives.
