We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our great team at Customer Service department in Ängelholm. You will have a key role to make sure we deliver value for our customers. The role handles all demand, order, and logistics planning from HemoCue to our customers. This position is the back-office support for the HemoCue Sales Leaders. It requires to proactively engaging with sales leaders, distributors, and end customers to understand demand and deal status and recommending actions to increase customer satisfaction and to accelerate opportunities through the sales cycle. You will report to the Manager Customer Operations. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Order and export document handling for assigned export markets & Swedish markets
Provide support to responsible Sales Leader in specific markets/regions
Order, billing, and credit handling for service as well as complaints
Updating and administrating systems with current customer data
Actively work with process improvements in Customer Operation

The essential requirements of the job include:
We believe that the following formal qualifications will improve your chances of success:
Experience and/or education in export handling, freight forwarding and logistics
Highly organized and ability to work independently
Great communication skills, communicating both with internal and external contacts
Act as a central figure in coordinating and managing the customer operation with a holistic view
Fluent in Swedish and English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Transport coordination/freight forwarding
Export documentation (e.g., Incoterms, documentation from Chamber of commerce, shipping documents)
Trade Compliance

To succeed as a Customer Service Coordinator you need to be systematic, flexible and having an extrovert personality. You also need to value good teamwork and enjoy being in the frontline. Furthermore, we believe that a "can do"- attitude and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment is key.
