Welcome to join our Customer Service team in Hillerstorp as our next Customer Service Coordinator.
In this role you are the link between Thule and our customers and your main task is to serve our customers with the information they may need, e.g about products, delivery times, technical advises and/or claim management. Your focus is a professional response on time, a high level of service and the goal of both maintaining and developing existing and new customer relations.
To enjoy your new organization you need a professional attitude and a personality who thrives in a high speed and team oriented environment. We trust you have a high working capacity and ability to perform under stress. To be successful in the role you also need to be a service minded, action oriented, enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated person with a strong personal drive. You have a technical interest and are understanding in the usage of Thule Products which you love to share to our costumer.
You have an academical degree within business, marketing or logistics or a longer comparable working experience. Experience from using ERP-systems, Microsoft Office 365 is required as well as fluency in English, both speaking, reading and writing. If you have knowledge of more languages such as German, French, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish, this is considered highly appreciated.
