The company which currently employs over 60 people in Stockholm, is growing rapidly and is now in need of reinforcement.
In the role as a full time Customer Service Coordinator your main responsibility is to coordinate translation assignments internally and to external partners. Also assisting, through our customer support system, help our customers with anything from technical problems and payments to answering emails about the game and report bugs to our QA Team. You will also play the game and moderate the chat on a daily basis, to get in touch with our young audience. The role also extends to social media responsibilities, and translations into your local language from English if applicable.
What are we looking for: Knowledge of many languages Project management experience with references Computer literate Advanced writing skills Works well both individually and in teams Works well under stress/high volume demand 1 year minimum Customer Service experience Role could require night and weekend responsibilities Extremely organized Advantages: Knowledge of other language skills Experience in sales Familiar with various social media channels Experience from Computer games.
