Work Description
To our international customer we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their order team based in Malmö until June 2016 and then the position will be situated in Landskrona. The position is full-time and working hours are day-time.
In this role you will have daily contact with distributors from several different countries. The job includes the following tasks:
• Entering orders and keeping track of delivery times.
• Coordination of transport from factory to distributors and end-users around the world.
• Preparing and managing export and logistic documents.
• Monitoring of outstanding invoices.
• Managing claims and complaints.
• Gather market information received from the distributors.
Qualifications
The sucessful candidate will possess following qualifications:
• You're fluent in both written/verbal in English.
• You have been working as part of an international team.
• In addition to your working experience you have either a technical or commercial university degree.
Furthermore, the following traits will help you become successful in this role:
• You're self-driven with a customer orientated attitude.
• You're flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
• You're a team player.
• All eastern languages are seen as a merit as well as swedish.
• Experience from international logistics/customer support is a merit.
