Stora Enso Logistics is the shared logistics organisation of Stora Enso. We design, procure and manage transport, storage and distribution solutions for Stora Enso's products. We also handle overseas shipments, carry out a number of logistics operations, develop processes throughout the supply chain and efficiently manage the information flows involved.

Our staff of 120 logistics professionals procure services for almost 1 billion annually from some 700 contracted suppliers worldwide, e.g. road hauliers, rail- and shipping companies, port operators, terminals and IT-service providers. We work out of offices in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Germany and Belgium.

Description:
Stora Enso Logistics is looking for Customer Service Coordinators to the Global Ocean Service Centre that is being established in Gothenburg.

As Customer Service Coordinator in the Global Ocean Service Centre team your tasks will include the following:
• Working in daily operations with bookings and transport documentation.
• Following up and securing the operational performance of ocean carriers and other related suppliers.
• Following up and securing deliveries from container stuffing partners.
• Communicating, informing and assisting the mills and the business areas' Customer Service Centres regarding ocean container transports.
• Maintaining system accuracy.
• Together with your Team Leader, coordinating Sales Plans with mills and Customer Service Centres.

Requirements:
This position requires the following:
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or equivalent
• Relevant working experience, in particular involving Ocean container transports
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent cooperation skills, including the ability to work in an international environment
• Willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility
• Ability to self-motivate
• Enjoy working in a changing environment
• Analytical skills
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Finnish and/or German is preferred

Location: Gothenburg

Position: One year Contract, full time. The position holder will report to Manager Overseas Services and Sea Operations and belong to a team of approximately twelve employees in the Global Ocean Service Centre.
