About the role
As Customer Service Consultant your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Loyalty tasks on inbound and outbound activities
o Provide guidance and advice within appropriate use of our products, answer questions regarding shipments/subscriptions
o Establish and maintain dialogue with customers and identify their needs
o Reach out to new and existing customers and ensure continuous follow-up
• Practice upsell
• Answer e-mails and other inquiries as well as other administrative tasks
• Assist other departments in the organisation when requested

About you
We are looking for a candidate with these qualifications:

• Speak and write Dutch fluently, and a decent level of English
• Between 1 and 3 years experience from sales and/or service, preferably customer service, telemarketing or retail
• Experience with phone as a work tool is a must
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language will be regarded positive
• Familiar within Office programs

We offer a full-time position in Sana Pharma Marketing Services, one of NutraQ 's subsidiaries. Our modern office is situated in Kerava / Oslo / Uddevalla, where appr. 20 of your future colleagues are already working. You will be part of our team of committed customer service consultants, all eager to improve our customers daily lives through our products.
In addition:

• Product training from our internal Research and Development department
• Development of your communication and negotiation skills through coaching and follow-up from one of our experienced Team Leaders
