We offer:

The Customer Service department for the Warehouse and Distribution operation in Arendal, Gothenburg consists of six motivated employees, who deliver exceptional service to our customers. We will now strengthen our department with one new member in order to further develop the cooperation and our services to our customers.

We offer you a challenging position in the freight forwarding industry. You will get the opportunity to work in an international environment in an industry that is constantly changing and under development, and in the same time you will get the opportunity to develop your own skills and professional experience.

Key responsibilities:

You will be handling a variation of tasks within freight forwarding and transportation on a daily basis and in this position you will mainly focus on the administration relating to our inbound and outbound flows.

Your work tasks could be a combination of below:
• Planning and booking of inbound shipments
• Preparing documentation and create electronic receipt reports
• Planning and booking of outbound shipments
• Deviation management
• Tasks related to customs administration
• Inquiries from customers

Who we are looking for:

We think you are a result-oriented, ambitious person with an analytical mind-set. It is also important that you are able to see details and that you take accountability for the work you deliver. Experience in logistics and transportation is an advantage but not a necessity.

You will work closely with other colleagues in the department and it is important to have good interpersonal skills in order to deliver a high service and create value both internally and to our customers.

General requirements:
• A high proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
• The ability to handle a large workload without compromising the cooperation with customers, suppliers, colleagues and other stakeholders
• The ability to be a true team-player
• Good IT skills, experience of working with common software / tools (Outlook, Excel, Access)
• The will and capacity to take responsibility and deliver on set targets with the customer in focus

Desired skills requirements:
• A University degree within logistics or economics or similar educational background is an advantage
• Experience of WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transport Management System)
