hela Sverige Savback Helicopter is expanding and is currently looking for a Customer service assistant to join our team in Hällestad, Sweden. Do you have experience from an international environment with a high service level, and are looking for a new position in a dynamic environment? We would like to hear from you.

Savback Helicopters is specialized in the sales of helicopters world wide with 30 years of experience and nearly 900 sold helicopters. Our head office is located in a beautiful environment outside Finspång, Sweden.

About the position
The position requires someone with a strong sense of organization, as you will have to balance a number of urgent tasks. We seek someone who can think on their feet, is assertive, and to be able to make decisions with the customers happiness as the first priority.
As the position will require you to communicate with our clients, partners and suppliers, communication skills are important. Additionally you'll be in charge of keeping the offices organized, and supply support for members of the team when they're travelling.
What we look for
Someone with a background in the service industry, or pedagogics.
To be able to speak and write in multiple languages is important, as well as your communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to communicate in English, Swedish is a plus but not required.
A technical background is a plus. but not required.
Personality with a positive and friendly approach.
Organized with an eye for attention to detail.
We offer a part time position and will start with a trial period of 6 months.
