Titel: Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
The Role:
• Provides the best possible service and support to customers through mediums such as telephone, web, e-mail and fax
• Determines customer needs and plans. Makes suggestions and pursuing sales possibilities beyond customer initiated requests
• Achieves specified goals
• Takes responsibility for for the processing of customer orders to meet customer requirements
• Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organisation including working closely with Sales Staff
• Supports and participates in the company's total quality process
• Represents the company by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
The Requirements:
• Require a completed professional training where by prior sales and electronics industry experiences would be advantageous
• Desire and ability to sell as well as the ability to deal with customers and to carry out all correspondences in a courteous manner
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills - fluent in Swedish and good knowledge in English
• Good Computer and MS-Office-skills
• Capable of work independently but be a good team player, with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with people at all levels
• Work with initiative and keen perception
• This position will suit a tenacious, outgoing person
