Your responsibilities as a Qoncierge
You will be creating exceptional customer experiences through acting as the interface between customers/partners and various QlikTech divisions to include Services, Sales, Order Management, etc... Your role will require a deep understanding of QlikTech tools and internal processes and you will be directly responsible for resolving a broad range of issues.
In addition, you will be acting as the ?Voice of the Customers? and help gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement at it relates Sales to Service or Sales to Fulfill processes. You will be affiliated with the QlikTech Global Support organisation and you will be using existing CRM tools (SalesForce) to as well as a number of other internal tools to help identify and resolve our customers? issues.

Your profile
You are a genuine Customer Service orientated person, who enjoys helping customers and partners with any activity they may need assistance with.
You know how to provide exceptional customer service and make your customers feel cared for. You can take perspective on complex situations to find the most relevant and effective response. You are able to think outside of the box and want to do your best to achieve your goals. You strive for improving yourself and feel accountable for the quality of your work and the satisfaction of our customers.
You are not afraid of speaking your mind and are willing to collaborate positively with a global team composed of individuals from different cultures and backgrounds. You can accept criticism and provide constructive feedback to your teammates.
Your presentation and communication skills are excellent; your attitude towards work is exemplar.
