Through our online stores, we sell motocross, motorcycle, and snowmobile parts and accessories. We are currently established in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Holland, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom and pride ourselves on being Europe?s largest motosport provider.
Since being established in 2005 we have achieved considerable growth and expansion. The company now has 35 employees and the turnover is about 120 MSEK .
Tasks:
To handle customer service issues for our customers in the United Kingdom.
Together with our other English-speaking customer service agents, you will help our customers to quickly retrieve the answers to their questions and help them to purchase the right products.
Some administrative responsibility will also be required. Clear and technical translating is needed, as is keeping in touch with our suppliers.
Work is done from our office in Älvsjö, Stockholm.
Who we are looking for?
• Must be a native tongued UK speaker, and in order to complete the translating work required, a candidate must also be able to speak and read Swedish.
• It is an advantage, if you are interested in motorcycles.
