We are a young startup with 50 employees between 20-40 years. The company was founded in 2016 and started its journey in Stockholm, Sweden but is now active in 28 countries. Right now we are looking to expand into Mexico and is looking for someone who has great knowledge about the country and the culture, to be able to give the best possible service to all our customers. This will be a mixed position where your main task is to handle the customer service in the Mexican market but also to assist the studio team that creates all our posters and inspirational pictures.

About You
You probably have experience in customer service or equivalent. To fit in this role, you are a service-oriented, committed and driven person who makes things happen. We also believe that you have a mind for details while enjoying a high pace and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment. As we are a small company in rapid development, it is a lot that is changing and improving over time. Therefore you will find good opportunities to improve and develop your own workplace and work description. To enjoy your workplace it would be a plus to be creative and have an interest in posters, interior design and poster creation.

Your main responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to:
Answering e-mails from customers
Handling returns from customers
Assisting the studio team
Lending your knowledge about Mexico and the Mexican culture to help us understand the market.

Your Profile
Creative
You are able to manage your time efficiently by working very structured and organized.
You are familiar with the use of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
You are fluent in English and Spanish.
Swedish is a plus but not a requirement.

You are a team player and ambitious.
You are flexible and open-minded.
You are a driven and motivated person rear sees the bigger picture and more in the position than just a regular job.
You understand the structure and work life at a startup and like it.
You are able and like to think outside the box.

Extras that come with the role
Paddle or Crossfit during working hours once every week.
Monthly after works.
2-3 times corporate big events per year (such as go-kart driving, VR gaming, Christmas dinner).

Salary
Salary is set individually depending on previous work and educational experience.

Location
The workplace is located in Stockholm, Engelbrektsgatan.
