We are looking for remote Customer Service agents to join our growing customer service team in Stockholm.

How you will make an impact

As a Customer Service Agent at Epidemic Sound, you will help our fast-growing customer base of YouTubers, publishers, and editors with daily inquiries related to our service. You will connect directly with our customers and have a direct impact on their brand and user experience. The role will include tasks like:

• Working in Epidemic Sound's support system to help customers with various inquiries over email.
• Filing and reporting different types of inquiries and delegating questions to other departments
• Communicating with tech, music, and sales departments, if needed, to solve issues
• Keep up to date with our growing customer base and changes in the product and within the department
• Other job assignments provided by the company

This is a part-time position based at our HQ in Stockholm reporting to the Customer Service Manager. We require a minimum of 10 hours of work per week, 2 hours per day, preferably Saturday to Wednesday, with a fixed daily target of customer interactions. You will mostly be working remotely from home or anywhere you would like. It will be possible to work more hours and it can be decided between you and the Customer Service Manager. By your side, you will also have two Customer service coordinators and other agents to help and guide you through your work.

Who you are

We're looking for a service-minded person who has a keen interest in customer service and the skills to solve issues for our diverse customer base. You can be fresh out of school or have been working for many years, it doesn't matter to us. As long as you have the drive to immerse yourself in the exciting world of Epidemic Sound and share the same core values as us. Although you will be working in a team and have guidance and support when needed you will also be encouraged to seek out answers and be confident enough to resolve complex situations.

Most importantly, having the right attitude and not being afraid of change is key to this role as we are a fast-growing company. English is the company language, so we require candidates to have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. It is also meriting to have experience with support or other previous administrative jobs, preferably from other SAAS or fast-growing companies.

It would be music to our ears if you have experience using CRM and payment systems, or similar systems and a passion for music and storytelling.
