We are seeking an outstanding and service-minded Customer Service Agent for DACH & Scandinavia to provide high-class customer service to our clients. This full time position will report to the operations manager and is based In Stockholm Sweden.
As Customer Service Agent for DACH + Scandinavia you will work within a department of great importance to our business, handle daily communications internally and externally with logistics and shipping companies, and will learn about different aspects of e-commerce, furniture and Design business.
You will be responsible for all customer related tasks for DACH + Scandinavia as well as all our other german or swedish speaking requests. - Quickly resolving a high-volume of customer inquiries via phone and email in an engaging manner and social media - Becoming an expert of Hem products to be able to offer outstanding customer service - Engage in clienteling efforts and customer follow-ups - Communicate on a daily basis with our sales department as well as logistic partners to ensure on-time inbound and outbound shipments - Manage customer orders and logistics, with use of order management system - Acting as a liaison between the customer and internal Hem teams on any technical or logistical issues - Passion for e-commerce as well as high-end industry high-touch customer service, and a high level of service awareness at all times - Develop an intimate knowledge of our customers needs and our products - Analyze other markets and competitors to better understand our business - Assist our sales department with within customer service, digital marketing, and online merchandising improvements processes
• At least 1 year work experience within e-commerce, customer service, retail and/or a creative industry is required - Experience at a Design/high-end brand is preferred - Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Swedish and German with an emphasis on proper spelling and grammar - Other language skills are highly meriting, especially English and other scandinavian languages - Self-starting, reliable, independent, and flexible - Good team player - Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and ability to multi-task - Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook - Service-oriented with a good understanding of customer needs - You are a "doer" and don't mind getting your hands dirty in a highly entrepreneurial environment
