Your main responsibility is to ensure that we are the Customer's First Choice, by offering the best possible customer service for H&M when dealing with each Customer. You will handle all type of customer service related errands as; mail, phone calls, social media, admin work.

The job of an H&M Customer service Agent comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:
o Provide excellent customer service via our channels
o Handle all customer contacts with interest and care
o Continuously improve our processes by trying new ways to work
o Guide the customer in the conversation

The employment is part-time and based on 86.88 % of working hours that includes day, evening and weekend shifts.
