Mindler is one of the most exciting mental health start-ups on the market. Founded in 2018 by two psychologists and a doctor, Mindler is empowering the world towards better mental health by redefining the industry through creative thinking and an innovative spirit.
Unlike many customer service teams you've seen, Mindler's teams hold crucial importance for the organisation to run smoothly. Our customer experience department is the beating heart of our entire organisation providing both our clients and psychologists with first-class service by improving the experience of Mindler.
What would you be working with:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first person that many of our clients and psychologists speak to for help and advice, so it's down to you to be an ambassador for Mindler.
You will be located in either Amsterdam or Stockholm and closely cooperate with colleagues in our other current locations. You will be working set hours with daily tasks such as;
• Managing customer service requests from our various channels.
• Bug-reporting to our Development team and follow-up.
• Informing our Product team of feedback received from patients and psychologists.
• Communicating with stakeholders such as other healthcare providers, GPs, and insurance companies.
Who are we looking for?
At Mindler, we look for people who are passionate about our cause and can empathise with people; whoever they are. We're looking for individuals that live and breathe empathy, understanding, and patience. People who can bring heart to their conversations and embody our values at the same time.
To succeed in this role, you need to:
• Thrive on delivering excellent customer service and have a background in customer service, ideally in a similar role.
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills (spoken and written English and Dutch are a must).
• Have a flexible mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where you get the chance to influence how we work together.
It's a plus if you have:
• Start-up experience.
• Experience in Zendesk.
• Other language proficiencies.
What can we offer?
If we are a good match for each other - we will offer you a role that gives you a lot of freedom and the chance to join a well-funded company with the ambition to play an important role in the global market of digital mental health care. Since we are just in the beginning of our growth journey, you will play an important role in influencing how we work together and how we make the most impact to help our customers.
Interviews will be held continuously. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
