THE ROLE
We are now looking for a driven and committed star for our customer service team. The customer service team consists of 15 diligent, happy, and helpful heroes who are passionate about service. Together with the rest of the company we secure the company's progress in various exciting international markets. Your task is to respond to customer communication, ensure correct order processing, and to provide every customer with excellent service.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Processing customer cases according to routines in the company's various systems
Responding to incoming customer communication via call, email and chat
Order processing
Laughing and having fun with colleagues


QUALIFICATIONS
Previous documented experience in customer service (store, event, sales, etc.).
Service minded
Excellent problem-solving skills
Communicative
Flexible
Demonstration of genuine commitment to the customer.
System familiarity and quickness at the keyboard
You speak and write fluently in English
You are not afraid to take your own initiative
