Magine Pro is a platform provider for Video on demand and Live TV streaming services, and we are looking for an empathetic customer service agent. Our daily work consists of giving a good customer service experience to the end consumer around the world, while giving improvement recommendations to our development team and helping our partners to lead their streaming service with success.
The position is a part time employment with an estimation of 15 h / week, Monday-Sunday.

Tasks
As a customer service agent you will be able to give our users pedagogical and personal service by e-mail and answer app reviews. You will take ownership of user problems and work to find the best solution for the end user. On a daily basis you will be dealing with basic technical issues and handling customers' accounts.

Our dream candidate:
• Has completed their secondary education and worked within service or sales occupations before.
• Has basic computer skills and an interest in technology.
• Fluent in English (native speaker or documented ability to communicate in written English). Any other language skill is a plus but not mandatory.
