We are looking for an ambitious Customer Service Agent who is passionate about customer service, constant improvement, and exceeding expectations.
About the role
Our company is growing rapidly, and the customer service team is looking for more agents to help our customers. You will join an ambitious international customer service team who are working close with the business with the main focus to give our customers an outstanding experience when shopping with us.
As a Customer Service Agent at RugVista you are ensuring that our customers expectations are met or exceeded at all times. We are available for our customers via email, phone and social media.
How you make an impact
• A deep commitment to deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds customers' expectations.
• You take responsibility for your tasks, and drive processes further.
• You structure your work and respect deadlines.
• Willing to share your knowledge in the group, help and inspire colleagues to develop.
• You communicate clearly and ensure that expectations are clear for all parties involved.
What you bring
• 2+ years experience from a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one additional language.
• Experience from working in E-commerce.
Preferred competence
• Additional language competence.
• Experience from working with Zendesk.
• Knowledge and passion of rugs and/or home decor.
