You are the first point of contact and your main focus is to identify customer needs, advice, inform and serve the clients, proposing solutions primarily via e-mail and telephone. Building a valuable commercial relationship you make quotes and negotiate the best possible solution, based on customer needs, the size of shipment and available space on the route. Contract Customers make their regular bookings via you, but you also actively hunt the market for ad-hoc business.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing revenues
• Building relationships with frontline staff of clients
• Providing information regarding to AFKL Cargo products and services
• Offering and selling AFKL Cargo products and services
• Taking and managing bookings; monitoring air cargo shipments
• Managing irregularities and handling dissatisfied clients
• Performing various after-sales and administrative tasks, incl. reporting, maintaining customer data, collecting market information and (support in) correcting invoices
• Participating in customer meetings and representing AFKL Cargo during events

Experience within the air cargo business, freight forwarding industry or logistics, as well as knowledge of airfreight processes and procedures are considered very useful. However, if you have no specific knowledge available, this can be trained. Fluent in Swedish and English is mandatory (Finish is an advantage). Moreover, you have:
• Background within service
• Great IT skills and able to quickly learn and work with tools/systems ranging from Microsoft Office modules to specific AFKL Cargo tools
• Strong economic sense and good math skills
• Understanding of air cargo loading capacities (e.g. volume vs. weight)
