We work closely with our clients to meet their most rigorous requirements for optimizing itineraries and reducing travel expenses. We need to strengthen our customer support services as the company grows.
Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a customer service agent you will primarily work with diverse speaking customers by supporting them in planning, choosing and arranging their holiday. Clients usually work to a budget, set out by whoever is planning the holiday. Customer contacts are normally walk-ins with a few contacts through email and phone. Most importantly it is required that you are computer experienced and internet-savvy with excellent customer assistance and problem solving skills. You don't need any specific technical knowledge for this position and will get training regarding our system. You will also offer advice and opinions on where to go and local tourist attractions, events and customs if need be.
Utbildning och erfarenhet• Excellent customer assistance and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal presentation and communication techniques in clear English language and/or Swedish.
• Computer experienced and internet-savvy.
• Experience working in multi-cultural environment
