Tasks
As an employee of customer service you will be able to give our users pedagogical and personal service by phone, e-mail and in social media. You will take ownership of user problems and work to find the best solution for the user. You need to be a driven individual who is willing and able to contribute with creative suggestions on how we work to achieve it. Besides that you will work with internal payment processes and help us to give a good service to our paying customers.
This position is a temporary position to help us cover during the summer holiday season. For the right person this position has the potential to be extended during the autumn.

• You have a great social skills and a maturity that enables you to manage different kinds of people and situations. You are simply good at speaking and writing in a way that makes others listen and easily understand what you mean.

• You think it's important to take responsibility for your job and you have the structure to handle several things at once.

Our dream candidate:
• Have completed their secondary education and worked with the sales - or service occupations before.
• Have basic computer skills and an interest in new technology such as Smartphones, Tablets, and Smart TVs.
• Fluent in Swedish (native speaker or documented ability to communicate verbally and written in Swedish), fluent in English e.g. being able to communicate with colleagues in writing + verbally
