Are you a student and looking for a part-time job? If so you might be exactly who we are looking for to join our CS team at Kavall! We are now looking for a part-time customer service agent.
As a customer service agent, you will be the first point of contact for all of Kavalls customers. With great social and communicative skills, you will be excelling in our customer success and joining a vibrant team sharing the same vision

Some of the things you'll handle
• Have daily contact with customers through email or chat.
• Support customers with orders, payments or general questions
• Communicate and support store-pickers and riders within the company
• Obtain and communicate customer feedback to further develop internal processes.
We believe that you
• Service-minded - you love to help customers and have a positive outlook on the different challenges you may face
• Result-oriented - you are a person who likes problem-solving and always strives to find solutions.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• We consider it a great advantage if you have communication skills in Norwegian.
• Can communicate well through email and chat services
• We consider it an advantage if you have previous work experience within the service
