Assignment
We are looking for customer service agents to join our team who will perform outbound calling in our client's native language. The task is service oriented and does not entail sales activities.
The assignments are project based and will run between 1-4 weeks starting soon and continuing during 2020.
The work tasks will mainly be performed during local business hours, and you can work full or part-time during a project.
You will receive a solid introduction to make you feel comfortable and secure in your role. Being able to understand English is a necessity. All training will be conducted in English.
Skills and experience
• Local language skills - both written and spoken (e.g. Danish, Norwegian, Spanish, German, Italian, French or Dutch)
• English reading and writing skills, all training will be conducted in English mainly via our e-learning platform
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in the service industry is an advantage
