Are you fluent in Finnish and English? Do you have a strong drive to help customers in their car ownership? If you also enjoy solving problems and can easily understand the functions of the car, then the role in our Nordic customer service center in Gothenburg is the right role for you!
We offer:
The position is a temporary maternity cover at MSX with a 6-month trial period. MSX has a collective agreement and offers wellness benefits and home office according to the Hybrid model. The premises are completely newly renovated, and you sit in open landscapes together with your team colleagues. The premises are in Munkebäck, where there are both tram and bus connections.
Duties and responsibilities:
• As a customer service employee, you are expected to take care of Ford's customers by listening, understanding and then finding solutions to the customer's questions by handling things in different systems. We work systematically and closely monitor our quality in order to develop and create value. Customer contact takes place through communication channels via email, chat and telephone.
• Handle the customer's questions about the car.
• Handle and respond in a business-like and professional manner to customer questions and complaints.
• Responsible for ensuring that the customer's questions are resolved, from start to finish.
• Act communicatively between dealer and customer.
• Act proactively and work actively for added value for the customer.
• Be responsible for all data relating to the customer case being handled correctly in the systems.
About you:
We are looking for a problem solver, who can enjoy working in a structured and cross-functional team, but at the same time you are independent in the tasks you undertake. As we also have dialogue with several different markets, it is important that you enjoy being a central contact person and are good at communicating both verbally and in writing. You must have experience from service work with customer contact, administration and in similar support roles with a customer focus.
We like to see that you have experience from industries that have given you knowledge of the automotive industry. Knowledge of electric cars, hybrid cars and charging technology is a strong asset. In this role, it is required that you speak and write Finnish and English fluently. We value an ambitious approach and a positive attitude, where you can tune in to the motto "Being a people person".
