With exciting times ahead, we are now looking for ambitious and hardworking Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Stockholm. This is a full time temporary position starting in the beginning of October.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Customer Service Advisor you will deliver exceptional service and be the face (and voice) of Daniel Wellington by supporting our customers over the phone, chat and e-mail simultaneously. You not only have an ability to multitask, but you also have the capacity to create an unparalleled experience; the Daniel Wellington Way. It is up to you to listen to our customers and use your creativity and passion for meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations. We will rely on you to provide world class customer service.

WHO YOU ARE
• You understand the real value of the Customer Experience
• You enjoy working in a rapidly changing and fast-moving environment
• You possess willingness to contribute your ideas to help us develop our experience
• You accept any and all challenges and are determined to achieve them
• You have excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• English is a must, any other language is a big plus such as Italian, French, Polish, German and Spanish. We are especially looking for German speaking advisors at the moment!
