Our client, a global provider of household brands with a presence in over 80 countries, has a current opening for a customer service representative for the Swedish and Danish markets.
The role is based in the Nordic Headquarters where you will have daily contact with Danish and Swedish B2B customers. If you have a good analytical eye and enjoy working in a high paced international environment, this is an ideal role for you.
The primary scope of the role involves;
• Order administration and updates via SAP
• Direct contact with customers via telephone and mail
• Direct contact with logistics providers
• Administrating order delivery releases and claims
• Working with internal stakeholders to improve order processes & procedures
Your profile
• Fluency in Swedish plus advanced skills in Danish (You will be in daily contact with Danish customers)
• Around 2-4 years’ experience in a customer service / administrator role
This is an initial 6 month assignment where you will get the opportunity to quickly develop your analytical and administrative skills for a global leader in the supply of world famous brands.
