About the role
As Customer Service Administrator you are part of a Nordic team of 10 colleagues within back- and front office. Therefore, your professional working languages are Finnish, English and Swedish.

Being a Customer Service Administrator at Sibelco means helping to guarantee that the customers are provided with outstanding Customer Service by ensuring the CS data systems are continuously and accurately updated and maintained as well as executing any necessary administrative tasks to support the customer journey.

In your role as Customer Service Administrator you will primarily work within back office and your main tasks are:
• Data management in different systems
• Pricing management, such as administration of price lists and update prices in systems
• EDI-invoices management
• Customer service, to support customers in questions within order cases

This position is under development which means other tasks can be added, such as invoicing administration among others.

The position as Customer Service Administrator is a permanent service and you will be employed as consultant with the possibility of an employment at Sibelco over time. Start date as soon as possible.

Qualifications
• Experience of working with customer service
• Good knowledge of business system as a work tool and preferable within order management
• Being fluent, both written and spoken in English and Finnish
• Good knowledge in Swedish

We are looking for you who are organized in your way of working and also attentive to details. You are good at problemshooting in order to identify errors. And overall, you are a service minded person who understands the importance to reach deadlines in supporting internal customers.
