This job offers you both freedom and responsibility. Your responsibility will be to make sure customers are satisfied and happy. You will be able to share best practice with your colleagues, but will also be responsible for your own actions. You will learn about the latest strategies and software for customer service.
Requirements
• You are super-fast with computers.
• You have very good writing skills, in English.
• You have an interest for marketing and social media.
• You are not afraid to take initiatives and can work on your own.
• You are at ease with Power point, Excel and Word.
• It is not a requirement that you know Swedish.
• Chinese or Korean language skills is meritus.
• A university degree is a plus but not a requirement.
