Our client is a global company with offices in 22 countries with 30.000 employees. They offer customer service, sale and technical support through their contact centers. They know that the clients are the blood in the company, and it's important for them to deliver magnificent customer service to their clients. Our client's mission is to make sure that their clients in their company always have good experiences with their customer service and that they also try to get better.
Now we are searching for a customer service consultant to Stockholm! They are looking for a person who can work for Viaplay and be able to always give the customer the best service at all times. The company has many customer service minded people who works towards having the best customer service for Viaplay.

What do we offer?
We offer a challenging position where you will be on the phone, answering e-mails and social medias to give the customer the best service experience. You will work with a system on a professional level together with other positive, engaged and outgoing colleagues in nice locations at Kungsholmen. You will be working shift, which meant you will be working day, evening and weekends. This is different every week. Our client offers a contract for 12 months, with a permanent contract after these 12 months. For you to do a best possible job, you will have training and product development. You will also get development within customer service, conversation techniques and the computer system in Transcom. You will be a part of a team with other Danish speaking people and the team leader as your nearest leader.
