The HOYER Group is an internationally leading logistics company with more than 5,100 employees providing perfect full service logistics.
For our team Operations/Intermodal Transports within the Business Unit Chemilog in Gothenburg, Sweden, we are looking for a Customer Service (m/f).
Customer Service
Responsibilities:
• Customer contact
• Transport administration: Europe-wide disposition of tank containers in intermodal transport
• Order verification/order check/order responsibility
• Make quotes in coordination with the customer
• Prepare instructions for drivers and transport documents
• Handling of additional costs as registrations, procurement of receipts and documents and sped book
• Cost control within sped book
• Support to administration of calculation of freight
• Administration of BU Chemilog data mining
Qualifications:
• Relevant business experience in the area of bulk transport
• Very good command of Swedish
• English fluent, additional language an advantage
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel
