The client is a well-known Swedish company. It is a fast growing company within the financial market, who works with several other well-known companies. They have several hundred employees and you will find their office in the quiet part of central Stockholm.
Your main tasks will be to handle incoming cases from German spoken people concerning invoices, reminders, collection cases, questions about delivery and so forth. Your social skills will come handy when you on a daily basis will be in contact with a lot of different people. The company offers great opportunities to move up within the company, which means that there are great opportunities for you to grow!
Required Skills
• High school graduation
• Experience from working with service in some form
• Good computer skills
• Experience from callcenter/customer service is an advantage
• Good English skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written German
