Perido is now looking for a person who will work with customer service for a well-known Swedish company. It is a fast growing company within the financial market, who works with several other well-known companies. It is a young company with their office in the central parts of Stockholm. The employees are energetic and social, and the well-being among the employees is very important for this company.
Your main tasks will be to, through e-mail and telephone, help people with their questions about invoices, deliveries and so forth. Your service mind and your social skills will be useful in your interaction with all the different kind of people you will be helping. There are great opportunities to grow within the company, and they offer a good possibility for you to climb in your career. You are of course fluent in Dutch given the fact that your work will be solely in Dutch.
Education and knowledge
• High school graduation
• Native Dutch, or fluent in both written and spoken Dutch
• Good computer skills
• Experience from working with service in some form
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
We believe that you are a positive and outgoing person. You feel at home when you get to be surrounded by a lot of people on a daily basis. It is an advantage if you have previous experience from working with service in some form. Furthermore we believe that you are a very driven and dedicated person who enjoys working together in a group to achieve common goals.
