Volvo Construction Equipment Hauler & Loader Business Line has the responsibility for development, manufacturing, marketing and sales of Volvo’s articulated haulers and wheel loaders. The global activities are located to Sweden (Arvika, Braås, Hallsberg and Eskilstuna), USA (Asheville N.C.) and Brazil (Pederneiras), and concerns app. 5 500 employees.
Position Description:
We are reinforcing our segment approach and are looking for a Manager to manage our interface towards global customers in the Cement, Quarry and Aggregate segment. Key responsibilities are to conduct and drive regionally coordinated activities for Key Customers in above segment from Hauler Loader Business Line Perspective. Support cross Business Line interactions in order to improve customer perception of partnership and added value. The Customer Segment Manager will coordinate and utilise support resource from the Market & Project Support functions. Engagement of and cooperation with offer specific specialists. Closely interact with Global Key Account Management.
This position will report to our Director Product Marketing
Qualifications:
University Degree
Work experience from customer/dealer interaction in our industry.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong communication skills
Good knowledge of our customer offer with supporting tools and systems
Extensive travel required
Good knowledge of Whole Volvo product range
Willingness and Ability to act and conduct according to Volvo Way

Braås or Eskilstuna
