At Volvo Car Sweden, you are part of a dedicated team with the mission to develop Volvo's strong position among Swedish car buyers. As a national sales company, we are responsible for the marketing, sales and distribution of Volvo cars, accessories, spare parts and services on the Swedish market including over 200 Volvo dealers and workshops. As Customer Satisfaction Specialist, you will be part of a highly driven team that drives and develops the Customer Satisfaction within Volvo Car Sweden. With knowledge of our brand, our customers and the customer journey, you will create a progressive and successful Customer Satisfaction journey with the goal to reach 100% satisfied customers through our dealers and our retail channels that will improve Volvo 's market and brand leading position even further.
The team consist of 4 employees and you will report to the Customer Satisfaction Manager.
Main responsibilities
* Develop and drive successful processes and structures that drives customer satisfaction at our dealers and retail channels throughout the customer journey
* Analyse Customer data and work with Customer Insights
* Cross-functional work with the Customer Journey
* Integrated online and offline customer experiences
* Implement strategic projects/processes at our dealers
* Create awareness of current and future trends in the customer satisfaction area
Required qualifications
* Successful experience of Customer Experiences and true passion for customers
* Great in business understanding
* High analytical skills
* Fluent in Swedish and English, oral and written
