During the last years, Profoto has been growing fast. As we are expanding, we need a dedicated Customer Sales Support at HQ in Sundbyberg, Stockholm to maintain a high customers relationship globally.
The position reports to VP Digital Sales.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a person, curious to learn about our products as well as develop a trusted relationship with our customers. This position will as a start be part time, 20 hours per week. We see that you have an interest in the photography industry, it is of course very good if you already know Profoto but there is no need to understand our full product portfolio. We will teach you, if you have a desire to learn and constantly improve. We hire for potential and for the right person this position could grow.
You will be responsible of the day to day communication with our customers in different channels globally but should also have a business interest and enjoy being part of or lead different customer improvement projects and customer mapping.
To succeed in this role, you will enjoy working in an environment where everyday is different.
Key responsibilities
• Manage the day to day customer support to drive sales
• Supporting customers with the daily basic technical questions
• Customer improvement projects
• Customer journey mapping
Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of photography
• Service oriented and great experience of building relationships with customers
Your profile
Your main responsibility will be to manage the daily communication with our customers and be their voice to the company to drive improvement projects. In order to succeed, you need to enjoy giving good service and provide a quick answer to their questions as well as being able to communicate well within the organization globally.
