Welcome to SAS and the Customer Analytics team!
We are a part of SAS Commercial and we are responsible for analyzing our customers' needs and behavior, always curious about understanding the "why"-questions related to our customers. We enjoy crunching data as much as working with insights and research, and we love to translate our work into actionable business recommendations.
As a Customer Researcher at SAS you will;
Be a partner to stakeholders to support business development
Project lead research initiatives from start to end. This includes initial scoping, create and send out surveys, compile answers, create reports and scenario analysis on for example cost saving, increased revenue, better customer value
Challenge status quo
Deliver actionable insights
Be a dynamic and highly professional member of the Customer Analytics team

To be successful, we believe you should have:
Relevant university degree within Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Social Science
Extensive experience from working with diverse research methods, statistical modelling and data analysis with strong customer-facing consultative expertise
Knowledge and experience with decision making research and choice modelling (e.g., conjoint analysis, MaxDiff analysis, concept testing, building market simulators)
Relevant experience from working with customer insight projects in different industries such as e-commerce, retail, hospitality and travel
Proven track record of working with customer research studies independently from scoping, hypothesis generation, scripting to data manipulation and presentation
Experience with survey scripting tools such as Confirmit and Questback
Experience from data preparation, analysis and modelling in SAS, STATA, SPSS, R, Sawtooth software or similar
Experience with Business Intelligence flows and Customer Experience tracking, preferably in PowerBi and SQL

This is a full-time position based in our head office in Stockholm.
