A driven person who can work well alone or as part of a team. Someone who can work under their own initiative, a forward thinker who is familiar with Social Media channels and how to use them. The target is to ensure a happy client base through excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities
• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Participate in social media channels
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers? needs
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Supporting Clients, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within a given time-frame, including follow ups to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts
• Follow internal communication procedures
Requirements
• Experience in customer support environment
• Experience/interest in social media channels
• Competence in Sales and Marketing
• Fluent in Swedish and German
• English language a benefit
• Customer focused with ability to adapt to different types of challenges
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work well alone or as part of a team
