We are building a one-stop-shop for businesses, with banking, card issuing and merchant acquiring all on one platform. We are now looking for a Customer Relations Officer to join our support team in Kalmar, Sweden. Main responsibilities
To accomplish our goal of building and maintaining a successful customer satisfaction
Provide outstanding first-line support via our web-based live chat
Manage applications and administering all stages of the customer onboarding such as verify legal documentation (KYC) screening and account maintenance
Analyze customer data and collaborate with our Risk and Compliance team to communicate improvements of the Customer support processes
Collaborate and work closely with the backend engineers to communicate improvements and act as the voice of our customers
Requirements
Experience of Customer onboarding including knowledge of AML and GDPR regulations
Experience of Customer support from a bank or financial institution (Preferably 1-2 years)
Strong communication and an excellent service-minded skillset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Fluency in English
