A versatile, multitasker that is comfortable assisting our end users, our retail partners and our key account customers. You will be the window into the companies soul so you should be happy to help and always searching for better ways to do things that will improve the product and customer experience.
A typical day might include the following:
• Help a customer through the ins and outs of getting started with the product.
• Call a customer to explain the different payment options available to them.
• Write a nice document highlighting product features that a retailer can give to their sales people.
• Get in touch with a key account and see how things are going.
• Update some FAQs after a recent software update.
• Write a blog post about a great idea you had for using the product.
• Gather feedback from various channels and present it in a structured way to the developers.
• Have a brainstorm with the management team on how to make things better.
Does this sound like you?
• Logical/problem solver - like a challenge, but love a good solution.
• Pedagogical - find explaining things to people comes second nature without getting frustrated.
• Proactive - got a good idea that you can implement yourself, then why wait?
• Good at managing your own time.
• Fluent in Swedish, don?t mind talking in English.
Bonus points:
• Customer relations experience.
• Fluent in Norwegian or German.
• Design skills.
• Drivers license.
