Climeon is expanding and we are looking for a new family member to our Service & Delivery Team. As Customer Project Manager you will be our crucial interface towards our customers and you will get the opportunity, right from the beginning, to set your mark on our most important customer projects.
Job description
As Customer Project Manager you will become one of our most important members in the company as you face the customer all the way from contract signing to the final handover to the customer. You will work towards many different interfaces internally such as Sales, R&D, Purchasing, and Production. Externally, you will front all necessary interfaces from the design team of the customer to external type approval societies.
As Customer Project Manager you will face many different types of technical questions from the customer throughout the project. In the customers design phase you will answer and solve questions regarding media streams, electrical interfaces, automation, fire and safety interfaces and more. This will enhance the importance of you having a broad technical knowledge of the technology behind the product. We also believe that you will find it interesting and challenging, being part of a small and competent project team, to put on the overall and work hands-on during the production and installation phase when necessary!
Who are you?
Due to the complexity and the broad scope of the project it is necessary that you are agile, energetic, and prestige less as a Project Manager. You have a structured and orderly way of working and you have a solid understanding of a variety of different technologies such as electronics and electric power, mechanics, thermodynamics, and automation & control.
As a person you always make delivery your highest priority, but you are also a team player with great social skills as you interact with so many interfaces, both internally and externally. We also believe that you previously have been working in an international context giving you the ability to understand and communicate accordingly along with the customs and traditions of other countries.
We believe that you have a B.Sc or M.Sc in Mechanical engineering, Thermodynamics, Electronics, Production Methods or similar. You have probably been working several years as a Project Manager towards advanced technical systems or products. As our customers are mainly located abroad it is important that you have the possibility to travel regularly. The work also means travelling within Sweden regularly as we are executing different tests at our production site in Norrköping.
