If you are a senior project manager (PM) with strong customer delivery experience and a commitment to business and IT within Banking and Finance, you might just be the one we are looking for! We are expanding heavily and are thereby reinforcing our delivery capacity.

We offer you a challenging position with excellent development opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic, motivated and highly skilled PM team, with strong customer focus.
As a senior PM you will be responsible for implementation projects with our customers within the banking and finance sector. The role is vital to the customer experience and interfaces with internal and customer stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. You will interact with internal and customer IT and business representatives in various project phases. You will also manage project financials including invoicing.
As a senior PM you are also expected to help junior colleagues grow.
We expect you to have
• You hold an academic degree in a relevant field and feel comfortable in the PM role. We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience from handling implementation projects.
• You are used to working in agile practices and have previous knowledge from an established project steering method.
• You have experience from standard and business systems and a good technical understanding.
• We see it as meriting with experience from financial services and work with product based system development and delivery.
• Due to strong customer base in the Nordics and team composition, business proficiency in Swedish (or other Nordic language) is important. Fluency in English is a must.
As a person you are You demonstrate good leadership qualities and like to lead both the project team and the customer's stakeholders towards good solutions. You are flexible and consultative and have the ability to build long-term and professional relationships with new and potential customers. You are process-oriented and your structured way of working ensures delivery on time and budget. We expect you to challenge us and be a part of continuously improving our project management practices in TietoEVRY.
