Division Specific Information:
The ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD) develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. With 1,800 employees worldwide, IDD is the global leader in in vitro allergy testing and also the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics. The allergy and autoimmunity product lines operate on a common automated instrument platform, Phadia Laboratory Systems, which supports both productivity and cost efficiencies in clinical laboratories around the world.
How will you make an impact?
As a Customer Order Coordinator you are responsible for ensuring that customer orders are executed in a timely manner and transportation setups and global export rules are followed according to company policy including daily contacts with commercial units, distributors, transport companies. You are a customer-focused person with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude towards problem solving. The position will suit a person who is comfortable working operatively, taking initiatives and interest in continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Being overall sales office/distributor contact (front desk communicating distribution of products)
Registering, confirming and invoicing customer order/s in ERP SAP R/3
Booking transportation with preferred forwarders and couriers according to market setup
Communicating shipping information to customer/s & commercial organizations
Updating departments export & order control board
Maintaining department instructions
Screening against DPEL Denied Persons/Entities list
Reviewing and following up of Import & Export declarations
Issuing of trade documents
Intrastat reporting

How will you get here?
University degree or equivalent education in supply chain, commerce or finance
Experience of working in export/import commerce industry in a supply chain or finance related role
Experience of using ERP (preferably SAP)
Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English, any other third language is a benefit
Understanding quality systems (ISO and QSR-regulations (is beneficial
